Introduction

   I'm a BVE developer and I'm from Poland. I would like to describe some facts about me and my "BVE story". I've found BVE in 2000-2001 year, don't remember right, but in 2002 I've created my first route for this game. In the short time, creating a BVE add-ons became my real hobby. Since 2002 I've created 2 routes and 8 trains for BVE2, and about 10 locomotives (in different versions) with many passengers and freight coaches for openBVE. And I'm not done yet. My BVE developing passion is still the same as in the beginning, the difference is - I have not enough time for this.
   I've spent many hours, days and nights, weeks and months, just for my passion. I share my work for free to everyone who want it. I've never wanted anything in return. Appreciation in any way is enough for me. Sadly, I'm the only BVE developer in Poland, so my main goal always was to prove that my country deserves for a place on BVE World Map and is not worse than others, so polish add-ons can be a strong part of community. And I always do my best.

The beginning of the end

   BVE is still in developing - some smart guy named Michelle created openBVE, which feature i.a. exterior view of a train. Good news. Regardless my love to the "old BVE", its easiness and old-fashion (and antiquity), I wasn't sure if I'm ready to start doing something new, modern, take a step forward. But my love to BVE decided for me. In autumn 2009 I've created a 3D model of EP09 polish electric loco. During the developing process I took an example from CD 749 model by gyzma from Czech Republic. I needed a model, an example, because I've never did this before, and those two locos look quite similar. First time is always the worst. Everyone started someday and everyone base on already made by other autor file. That's normal. So I made MY first model, based on gyzma's. When I finished I was proud like a God. And then the story began.

   Normal man, healthy mentally and emotionally balanced, would write an email or something like that: "Hey, dude, I noticed that my CD ILESTAM and your EP09 looks quite similar, what can you tell me about that?". But not them. By "them" I mean Derryck, Vince Black and gyzma - Three Musketeers from Czech Republic. They started to attack me, insult me and ridicule me on public BVE forums, on their websites, even in Vince's online newsletter. Everybody could know, that Rave is a "liar, moron, idiot, big thief with mental defect who steals other authors work". Also I learned, that I'm not the serious developer and everybody knows it. Thanks God I am who I am, in other case, some guy with weak charakter could get depressed after that. It is inconceivable for me, that somebody can behave like this. It's a pity, because those three guys are really great BVE developers, but such a jerks as a people. After many quarrels and fights, I've added "based on CD 749 by gyzma" notice to my model, as a peace motion.

Prove your worth, human

   But I couldn't leave it like that. No, no after what they did to me. A few weeks later I felt that I have something to prove. Not only to Czech guys, but to all BVE community. I deleted my old ("based on...") EP09 model, and started developing. Within a few months I've created about seven brand new polish locomotives and the same amount of passenger coaches. Boy, that was a really hard work. But so satisfactory ! I think I shutted mouths of all my persecutors, and I defend myself as a developer. Even if I didn't have to do that. Case closed. Could it be?

   Of course not! "Three musketeers" attacked again. They even stop developing their work, just to have time to poke in my objects. After almost a year, they found that the roofs of my passenger coaches looks similar to their. It's very strange, especially because we modelled the same two types of coaches. Really weird. What should I do, make mine bigger? thinner? Coordinates are not the same, because I was making my model by myself, completely independently from their. On the same basis, I could say that their wheels looks similar to mine, because they are round, or the tree from FBT route is probably the same as mine, because it's green and have leafs. But sorry, I don't have a time to prove it, because I prefer to spend my free time on developing add-ons, not on browsing somebody's source codes. Jelaousy is a bad thing...
Anyway, the history repeats itself. Attacking, insulting and ridiculing me on the public forums again for "stealing their work". They were so excited, more than a kids on merry-go-round. So funny and sad. I have enough.

Self-styled master-kid

   As you know, Wikipedia has good and bad sides. The bad side is, that everybody can do whatever he want in there. That was with the guy called openBVEr who (probably) comes from USA. He gave himself an administrator title and started terrorising the whole site, with a collection of all BVE routes and trains from the world. He put his (BTW very good) add-ons everywhere he could, on every country section, and does not accept the fact, that somebody may not want it. Moreover, it was impossible to talk to him, because he refused all PM's and e-mails. And when I tried to delete his american add-ons from Poland section (as an only polish developer in BVE world I felt responsible for this site), he named Poland a "Rave's republic" and changed Polish flag into nazi flag. Another attack on me and my country. Unfortunately, the real administrators of BVE Routes Wiki did not recognize this as a "Terms of use" violation. So it's goes on. But not for me, I have enough.

   I can't do anything with this, even if I want to. The same with piotrulos, polish guy who wanted to be a famous developer, but all he does, was bringing a shame to my country. He couldn't understand that my "Warsaw Underground line A" was designed for BVE2. He was a big fan of underground routes and openBVE, so he took a hungarian 81-7172M model combined with Ev3AVR panel, put onto polish textures and published as "polish 81-717" on BVE Routes Wiki. What a pity, that famous "Three Musketeers" are not interested in real accidents of stealing somebody's work.

From Poland with love

   Due to all those things I decided not to participate in public BVE world any more. EVERY topic on the forum which I participate in, was closed. Partly because some people just like to attack me (and I'm always defend my rights), and sometimes just because I was the only one who wasn't afraid of saying that something is wrong. I've had enough of the public attacks on my person and my country. I know my worth as a developer, and I don't have to prove anything to anybody. I will not participate in any BVE forum, as well as I'am not interested what people do in BVE Routes Wiki and any other sites. But if you think it's over, you are wrong. I will not let them destroy my passion. I will continue my work if anyone approve it or not, because this is my hobby and I love doing it. And I will publish the results on this site.
